Comprehensive AMC
Terms and Conditions
- The AMC will cover regular maintenance services, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of the mentioned equipment installed at your facility.
- The AMC will also cover repair services for any malfunctioning equipment, except in cases of intentional damage or negligence.
- The Comprehensive AMC does not cover any structural part which doesn’t come under running repair i.e. machine cover, panel frames,
dumbbell and plates. - Any additional services beyond the scope of the AMC will be charged separately at our standard rates.
- The payment for the AMC must be made in advance, before the start of the contract period.
- The contract can be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice period.
- The AMC does not cover damage caused by natural calamities, fire, or any other external factors beyond our control.
- Our technicians will provide services during regular business hours (11:00 AM-05:00 PM), Mon-Fri, except on public holidays.
- We will make every effort to provide prompt and efficient services. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts or the
resolution of all issues within a specific timeframe. - We will not be liable for any loss of business or income due to equipment malfunction or downtime.
Payment Terms (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- If the payment is made semi-annually, it must be paid in advance via electronic transfer. Alternatively, the client is required to provide advance
cheques dated for the current date, along with one more post-dated cheque (PDC) dated for the first day of remaining months.
