Non-Comprehensive AMC
Terms and Conditions
- Includes regular preventive maintenance services, such as internal cleaning, lubrication, alignment, and inspection of equipment installed at
your facility. - Covers basic diagnostics and service visits during AMC validity.
- Parts replacement is chargeable—any malfunctioning components or worn-out parts required for repair will be billed separately.
- Structural parts (e.g., machine covers, panel frames, dumbbells, weight plates) are not covered.
- Electronics damaged due to faulty power supply or external causes are excluded.
- Applicable only to equipment that is fully operational and in optimal condition at the start of the contract.
Terms and Conditions: (General Terms Applicable to Both AMC Plans)
- The AMC contract begins once all machines are declared fully operational and in optimal condition.
- Intentional damage, negligence, or misuse of equipment will void AMC coverage for affected machines.
- Damage due to natural calamities, fire, water logging, or other external/uncontrollable factors is not covered under either AMC.
- Additional services beyond the defined scope of AMC (e.g., relocation, unauthorized modification, etc.) will be charged at standard rates.
-Service support is available Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays. - While we aim to provide prompt and efficient service, we do not guarantee specific resolution timelines or availability of all spare parts at all times.
- The service provider is not liable for any indirect loss, including loss of business or revenue due to equipment downtime.
- Either party may terminate the AMC with 30 days’ written notice at the end of the current contract period.
