Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are designed to shift your facility from "Reactive Repair" to "Proactive Maintenance."

    For high-traffic facilities like Residential Societies, Hotels, and Commercial Gyms, equipment depreciation is the biggest hidden cost. Our AMC plans ensure that your Treadmills, Cross Trainers, and Strength machines receive scheduled technical attention before they fail.

    We focus on the critical details: motor servicing, belt alignment, cable tensioning, and electronic diagnostics. By catching wear and tear early, we extend the lifespan of your expensive equipment by years, ensuring a higher ROI and a safer workout environment for your users.

    Scheduled Preventive Maintenance: We don't wait for a call. Our team visits on a strict schedule (Monthly/Quarterly) to clean, lubricate, and calibrate every machine.

    Priority Breakdown Support: AMC clients get "First-in-Line" priority. If a machine goes down, our technicians are dispatched immediately to minimize downtime.

    Cost Savings: Regular maintenance prevents major component failures (like motor burnouts or inverter crashes), saving you from heavy repair bills later.

    Certified Technicians: Our team is trained on all major commercial brands, ensuring that whether it's a biomechanical issue in a strength machine or a PCB fault in a treadmill, it is handled by an expert.

    Terms and Conditions

    • The AMC will cover regular maintenance services, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of the mentioned equipment installed at your facility.
    • The AMC will also cover repair services for any malfunctioning equipment, except in cases of intentional damage or negligence.
    • The Comprehensive AMC does not cover any structural part which doesn’t come under running repair i.e. machine cover, panel frames,
      dumbbell and plates.
    • Any additional services beyond the scope of the AMC will be charged separately at our standard rates.
    • The payment for the AMC must be made in advance, before the start of the contract period.
    • The contract can be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice period.
    • The AMC does not cover damage caused by natural calamities, fire, or any other external factors beyond our control.
    • Our technicians will provide services during regular business hours (11:00 AM-05:00 PM), Mon-Fri, except on public holidays.
    • We will make every effort to provide prompt and efficient services. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts or the
      resolution of all issues within a specific timeframe.
    • We will not be liable for any loss of business or income due to equipment malfunction or downtime.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Includes regular preventive maintenance services, such as internal cleaning, lubrication, alignment, and inspection of equipment installed at
      your facility.
    • Covers basic diagnostics and service visits during AMC validity.
    • Parts replacement is chargeable—any malfunctioning components or worn-out parts required for repair will be billed separately.
    • Structural parts (e.g., machine covers, panel frames, dumbbells, weight plates) are not covered.
    • Electronics damaged due to faulty power supply or external causes are excluded.
    • Applicable only to equipment that is fully operational and in optimal condition at the start of the contract.

    Terms and Conditions: (General Terms Applicable to Both AMC Plans)

    • The AMC contract begins once all machines are declared fully operational and in optimal condition.
    • Intentional damage, negligence, or misuse of equipment will void AMC coverage for affected machines.
    • Damage due to natural calamities, fire, water logging, or other external/uncontrollable factors is not covered under either AMC.
    • Additional services beyond the defined scope of AMC (e.g., relocation, unauthorized modification, etc.) will be charged at standard rates.
      -Service support is available Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
    • While we aim to provide prompt and efficient service, we do not guarantee specific resolution timelines or availability of all spare parts at all times.
    • The service provider is not liable for any indirect loss, including loss of business or revenue due to equipment downtime.
    • Either party may terminate the AMC with 30 days’ written notice at the end of the current contract period.
