We level the base, apply primer, then pour the SBR rubber cushion layer for shock absorption. The colourful EPDM granule top coat is mixed with PU binder and poured seamlessly to your custom design.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a high-grade synthetic rubber surfacing. It is created by mixing colored rubber granules with a specialized polyurethane binder and “wet-pouring” it on-site. It is the gold standard for playgrounds and jogging tracks because it remains flexible, slip-resistant, and provides superior cushioning that traditional surfaces lack.
Unlike standard rubber which can become brittle or lose color, our EPDM granules are 100% UV-stabilized. They are engineered to resist “chalking” and fading under the intense NCR sun. Additionally, the material has high thermal stability, meaning it won’t crack or warp even when temperatures fluctuate between extreme heat and monsoon humidity.

Yes, EPDM is a porous, “breathable” system. The tiny gaps between the rubber granules allow water to drain through the surface and into the sub-base immediately. This prevents water pooling and slippery puddles, making the area safe and ready for use just minutes after a heavy downpour.
With professional installation and basic care, a premium EPDM floor typically lasts between 10 to 15 years. Because the color is consistent throughout the entire thickness of the granule (rather than just painted on top), the surface continues to look vibrant even as it naturally wears over time.

We can seamlessly integrate hopscotch grids, alphabets, geometric patterns, or even your school/club logo directly into the flooring using different colored granules. EPDM is exceptionally low-maintenance. Routine cleaning involves simply sweeping away dry debris or using a leaf blower. For deeper cleaning, a low-pressure wash with mild detergent is sufficient. Because it is a seamless surface, there are no joints where weeds can grow or dirt can easily trap, keeping the area hygienic for children.
