Sissy Squat – SS-001 | Commercial Strength Training for Quad Isolation

The SS-001 Sissy Squat is a premium commercial-grade functionality station designed to isolate the quadriceps completely by locking the feet and lower legs in a fixed position. Engineered with a heavy-duty steel frame and thick, comfortable padding, it allows users to lean back safely, creating maximum tension on the quads without the need for heavy spinal loading.
